Refunds and Returns

Our return policy lasts 48 hours. If you are unhappy with a product or service you have received from us you have 48 hours to let us know. 

To complete the return or refund we require the product or a picture of the product and an explanation as to why you are unhappy. 

You will then get a replacement or a refund to the value of the flowers only. 

Wedding Quotes and Cancelations

It is a very volatile market at the moment so the quotes only valid 2 weeks from the date sent out to you. If you are to accept there is an account number and deposit amount of 20% of the full price and then remainder to be paid on the week of the event. If we do not hear from you within the two weeks we will assume you are going elsewhere for your services and wish you all the best. If you are wanting a little more time to think that's fine but just let us know within the 2 week window or we will automatically put the date up for grabs again.

If you have lapsed the 2 week window and are wanting another quote it will come with a $50 fee and if the new quote is accepted we will refund it off the total amount.

We order flowers 6 to 8 weeks in advance.

If for some reason out of your control you need to change the date the deposit stays and we move the date, if you need to cancel it is a non-refundable $150 for time spent. If canceled within 6 weeks the full deposit will be kept as flowers have been ordered.
